currently looking for a Quality Assistant to join its dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining, updating, dispatching CMS and relevant office documentation to the fleet
  • Monitoring and follow up of the Management of Change form and associated directory
  • Preparing updates and revisions release to the CMS
  • Assisting in the internal follow up of the Management of Change action plan and deriving training requirements
  • Liaising with internal departments and the fleet on the Management of Change training requirements, implementation, verification and effectiveness
  • Preparing the departmental statistics in a standard format, as in input to the Management Review Meeting
  • Editing and fine tuning of the CMS simplification project
  • Update of the ERP relevant applications related to the core activities of the department
  • Administrative support to the fleet, preparation of shipments and external correspondence

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Shipping studies
  • 1-4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication, organization skills and team spirit
  • English language skills minimum B2 or equivalent – preferably C1 (or Graduate studies in English language)
  • Proficient in computer skills with extensive experience in Microsoft Office and ERP software
  • Familiarity with the ISM, ISPS Codes and MLC convention will be considered an asset
  • Familiarity with the ISO standards 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001 and 27001 will be considered an asset
  • Conversant with the TMSA questionnaire will be considered an asset
