Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operations Assistant. Located in Glifádha, this role offers flexibility with some work from home acceptable. The Operations Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily operational tasks, managing communication with clients and suppliers, assisting in operations management, and delivering excellent customer service. The role entails handling and tracking orders, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring efficient workflow within the company.
Qualifications
- Strong Operations and Operations Management skills
- Excellent Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the marine industry is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software tools
