Rentals Operations Coordinator

What are we looking for:
We are looking for a dynamic Rentals Operations Coordinator to join our property management team. This hybrid role supports both short-term and long-term rentals, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and an excellent experience for owners, tenants, and guests. You will be an integral member of the department, fully aware of and involved in all procedures, helping the team deliver consistently high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in onboarding, documentation, and promotion of both long- and short-term rental properties.
- Handle communication with owners regarding new listings, renewals, terminations, rents, and maintenance.
- Support vacation rental operations: guest communication, check-ins, emergencies, and issue resolution.
- Oversee property standards, cleaning quality, and inventory of supplies.
- Track lease renewals, rental payments, and maintenance requests.
- Maintain and update property listings across multiple platforms (Airbnb, , company site, etc.).
- Review guest feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
- Actively support departmental workflows to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team collaboration.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in property management, hospitality, or tourism.
- At least 2 years' experience in rentals, guest services, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
- Fluent English (written & spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of property management software is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and occasionally manage urgent requests outside regular hours.
