Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated
Account Manager
with proven experience in SMS A2P services and a strong network of enterprise contacts in the EMEA region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with enterprise customers, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts within the EMEA region.
  • Proactively develop new business opportunities through existing network and outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers in client organizations.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored SMS A2P traffic solutions.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, prepare proposals, and close deals.
  • Monitor account performance and ensure timely resolution of service issues.
  • Collaborate with technical, routing, and support teams to ensure optimal service delivery.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the EMEA market.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in
    SMS A2P traffic transit services
    or international messaging.
  • Strong portfolio of enterprise customer contacts in the EMEA region.
  • Solid understanding of SMS routing, delivery, and quality parameters.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English; additional EMEA languages are an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel within the EMEA region as required.
