We're Hiring: ARC Support Specialist
Location: Lisbon, Portugal (Remote + Relocation Support)

Your Role:

As an ARC Support Specialist, you'll support customers throughout their order journeyfrom purchase to delivery and beyond. You will:

  • Handle inquiries related to orders, shipping, payments, refunds, and returns

  • Communicate with customers, carriers, financial institutions, and internal teams

  • Work with sensitive data, complying with PCI and GDPR standards

  • Resolve complex issues using internal knowledge bases and escalate when needed

  • Ensure a seamless customer experience with professionalism and care

What Were Looking For:

  • Fluent English (C1, written and spoken)

  • Attention to detail & high level of accuracy

  • Problem-solving mindset with strong decision-making skills

  • Customer-focused and team-oriented attitude

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • SAP or back-office experience is a plus (but not required)

What We Offer: Compensation & Benefits:

  • Christmas Allowance (monthly): 86.00

  • Holiday Allowance (monthly): 86.00

  • Meal Allowance: 154.00/month (tax-free meal card)

  • Total Compensation:

    • With Company Apartment: 1,620.50/month

    • Without Apartment: 1,420.50/month

  • Health insurance from day one

  • Paid training (1520 working days)

  • Performance bonuses depending on targets

Accommodation & Relocation Support:

  • Company-rented furnished apartments (utilities included) for the first 14 months

  • Bed linens, kitchen equipment & internet provided

  • Eligibility: Applicants living more than 100 km from Lisbon

  • Remote work option available with company equipment provided

  • Occasional in-office presence may be required depending on project needs

Working Hours:

  • Full-time (40 hours/week) on rotating shifts

  • Hours: MondaySunday between 07:00 and 00:00

  • Overtime may be required during high-volume periods

  • 22 vacation days/year (after the first calendar year)

  • Holiday & Christmas bonuses paid monthly
