ALG Manousakis Law Firm
desires to recruit a Corporate Lawyer for its legal team within the following criteria:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal advice on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements (e.g., supply, distribution, confidentiality, software as a service, licensing, joint venture, sale and purchase, and service contracts).
  • Draft and negotiate various legal documents with a focus on corporate and business law (corporate documents; policies; codes; etc.) to ensure that our clients' operations remain compliant with applicable laws and best practices.
  • Support with M&A activities, including due diligence, transaction structuring, and integration.
  • Manage corporate governance, board and shareholder resolutions, and maintain statutory records.
  • Actively participate and contribute to meetings with clients and in negotiations.

Qualifications:

  • A University degree in Law.
  • 3 – 10 years' experience in corporate and commercial law; M&A and regulatory exposure ideally gained in a reputable law firm or as an in-house counsel, preferably in the international business.
  • Master's degree in law in related fields is a strong plus.
  • Experience in supporting business projects from a legal side or in the implementation of best business contracting practices.
  • Excellent command of the English language; strong written and verbal skills.
  • Excellent organization skills; ability to manage multiple projects and conflicting demands.
  • Attention to detail, punctuality.
  • Ability to build relationships with key clients, co-workers and business partners.
  • Collaborative and consultative team player who possesses an ability to work well both independently and in a team environment including with senior management.
  • Ability to work comfortably in an intense, fast-paced environment and successfully manage and meet deadlines within a dynamic environment.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Professional handling of an additional language would be a significant plus (Italian; Spanish; German; Portuguese; French etc.).
  • Experience in corporate law litigation practices will be a strong plus.
