Our main areas of practice include insurance, energy, telecommunications, infrastructure, project finance, and international business transactions, as well as all aspects of commercial and corporate law. We have leading specialists in consulting and non-contentious cases, as well as in complex litigation and international arbitration.

Our firm is actively seeking a full-time, detail-oriented and dedicated lawyer with a minimum of three years of active professional experience in commercial litigation, and general business law, a keen interest and proven experience in enforcement, and excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Previous courtroom experience in commercial litigation will be considered an asset.

Key responsibilities:

·    Manage a diverse portfolio of legal cases with consistency, confidentiality, and a high level of professional integrity (commercial law), including the drafting and filing of legal documents.

·    Provide legal advice and representation to clients in court and out-of-court settings.

·    Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, pleadings, and other legal documentation.

·    Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a team culture of knowledge sharing.

To thrive in this role, you should bring:

·    Postgraduate degree, preferably in
private
law.

·    Attorney-at-Law license in Greece.

·    At least 3 years of proven experience as a practicing attorney, preferably in a structured legal environment or law firm.

·    Excellent oral and written communication skills, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·    Excellent command of the English language, with the ability to draft legal documents and negotiate fluently.

·    Strong computer literacy (Microsoft 365 Suite).
