We are growing
our Legal team,
and we are looking for a
talented Lawyer specialized in Corporate Law:

Tasks:

  • Advise
    senior leadership and key stakeholders on complex corporate, commercial, and civil law matters, including acquisitions, investments, and day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Draft, review, and manage
    a wide range of corporate and commercial agreements, including service-level, management, share purchase, commercial lease, financing, bond loans, engineering, and construction contracts.
  • Draft
    corporate resolutions of the General Assembly and Board of Directors; manage company formations, corporate maintenance, statutory records, and governance compliance.
  • Lead and coordinate
    legal due diligence for domestic and cross-border acquisitions of corporate entities and real estate assets.
  • Prepare and oversee
    legal documents, petitions, notices, and other documentation necessary for commercial transactions and regulatory filings.
  • Monitor legal developments
    and advise management on emerging laws and regulations that may affect business operations or strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with external counsel and internal departments
    to ensure effective risk management, dispute resolution, and implementation of corporate policies and procedures.

Skills & Abilities

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience (legal and advisory) in commercial, corporate and civil law cases in a legal department or equivalent in a law firm
  • University Degree in Law
  • License to practice law in Greece
  • Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Commitment to high standards of work and high attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and independently while remaining part of a team
