Front Office Agent / Receptionist

Company Description

Position Description

Η θέση αφορά την υποδοχή και εξυπηρέτηση των επισκεπτών, check-in/check-out διαδικασίες και διαχείριση κρατήσεων. Πλήρης, εποχική απασχόληση.

Reports to

Front Office Manager

Responsibilities

  • Υποδοχή επισκεπτών και check-in/check-out

  • Διαχείριση κρατήσεων και πληροφοριών

  • Άμεση επίλυση παραπόνων

  • Συνεργασία με όλα τα τμήματα του ξενοδοχείου

Requirements

  • Προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση

  • Πολύ καλή γνώση αγγλικών, επιπλέον γλώσσες πλεονέκτημα

  • Ευγένεια, συνέπεια και επαγγελματισμός
