Key Responsibilities:

• Manage reservations via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about hotel services and the local area.
• Maintain and update reservations in the PMS (Protel), ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Monitor and respond to guest inquiries and requests professionally.
• Collaborate with all hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Support pricing, room availability management, and related administrative tasks.

What We Expect from You:

• Previous experience in a front office or customer service role, ideally in hospitality
• Familiarity with hotel PMS systems (Protel knowledge is a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and a genuine passion for service
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus
