Sales Leader
to drive growth and lead strategic initiatives across the Greek market. This is a high-impact role suited to someone with a proven track record in the

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the national sales strategy, ensuring alignment with broader commercial goals.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail and distribution partners.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and finance to deliver integrated commercial plans.
