About the role

We are looking for an
experienced Team Leader
to lead and manage a dynamic
sales team
, specifically in the
energy/electricity sector
.

You will guide your team to achieve sales targets, maintain high-quality customer interactions, and foster professional growth, all while promoting a supportive and positive culture.

All you have to do

  • Lead, motivate, and support a
    sales team in the energy sector
  • Εnsure high-quality sales and customer service performance
  • Coach, train, and provide feedback to develop team members' skills
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and results-driven work environment
  • Collaborate with management to optimize sales processes and improve customer experience
  • Handle escalated customer cases with professionalism and empathy

Requirements

  • Proven experience
    managing a sales team
    , preferably in the
    electricity/energy sector
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire team members
