HR Generalist

Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Διαχείριση πλήρους κύκλου ανθρώπινου δυναμικού (πρόσληψη, εκπαίδευση, αξιολόγηση, ανάπτυξη).
  • Στήριξη στις διαδικασίες πρόσληψης και επιλογής προσωπικού.
  • Υποστήριξη στην εφαρμογή στρατηγικών ανάπτυξης και επιβράβευσης των εργαζομένων.
  • Διαχείριση και επίλυση θεμάτων σχέσεων εργασίας.
  • Συνεργασία με διευθυντές τμημάτων για την κατανόηση των αναγκών του οργανισμού.
  • Διασφάλιση της συμμόρφωσης με τη νομοθεσία και τις πολιτικές της εταιρείας.

Προφίλ υποψηφίου:

  • Πτυχίο στη Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, Ανθρωπίνων Πόρων ή συναφές αντικείμενο.
  • Εμπειρία 2-4 ετών σε θέση HR Generalist
  • Άριστη γνώση της εργατικής νομοθεσίας και των διαδικασιών HR.
  • Ικανότητες επικοινωνίας, οργάνωσης και διαχείρισης χρόνου.
  • Iκανότητα εργασίας σε δυναμικό και ταχύτατα μεταβαλλόμενο περιβάλλον.
  • Άριστη γνώση της ελληνικής και αγγλικής γλώσσας.
  • Κάτοχος οχήματος ΙΧ
