Human Resources Generalist

As an HR Generalist, you will:

• Support the daily operations of the Human Resources department, ensuring the proper implementation of the hotel's policies and procedures.
• Manage staff accommodation, ensuring smooth operations, proper allocation of spaces, and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Coordination of staff transfers
• Onboarding and orientation of new employees.
• Enhance collaboration and communication between employees and supervisors.
• Update and manage Human Resources databases.
• Prepare and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Plan and organize social and community activities for employees (events, community actions, etc.).

  Entry Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration (will be considered an asset).
• Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and verbal.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position (experience in the hospitality industry will be a strong asset).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with Greek labor law and related processes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Emotional intelligence and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, including staff accommodation management.
