Ο Ρόλος

Αναζητούμε έναν επαγγελματία για τη θέση της επιχειρησιακής λειτουργίας -
Head of Operations

  • ο οποίος θα έχει ως στόχο την συνεχή βελτίωση (continuous Improvement) των επιχειρησιακών τμημάτων και διαδικασιών.

Αρμοδιότητες

  • Διαχείριση ανθρώπινου δυναμικού με στόχο τη διατήρηση θετικού κλίματος και την ανάδειξη των δεξιοτήτων της ομάδας,
  • Καταγραφή, εφαρμογή και αξιολόγηση όλων των λειτουργικών διαδικασιών για την αποτελεσματική διαχείριση των υπηρεσιών της εταιρείας.
  • Οικονομικός προϋπολογισμός και παρακολούθηση του τμήματος.
  • Ανάλυση δεδομένων και σύνταξη αναφορών για τον έλεγχο της απόδοσης.
  • Συνολική διαχείριση του κόστους λειτουργίας.
  • Διασφάλιση της επιτυχούς διεκπεραίωσης των καθημερινών παραλαβών και παραδόσεων.
  • Διαχείριση στόλου και υποδομών για υψηλή επιχειρησιακή απόδοση.
  • Επικοινωνία με πελάτες σχετικά με θέματα παραλαβών και παραδόσεων.

Προφίλ / Δεξιότητες

  • Ικανότητα διαχείρισης δικτύου διανομής.
  • Εμπειρία στην ανάλυση και σύνταξη αναφορών.
  • Ικανότητες διοίκησης και καθοδήγησης ομάδων.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικής γλώσσας.
  • Στρατηγική σκέψη και λήψη αποφάσεων υπό πίεση.
  • Ηγετικές δεξιότητες που εμπνέουν και κινητοποιούν την ομάδα.
