We are looking for a talented and passionate Head Bartender to join our team and elevate our beverage offerings to new heights. As the Head Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting innovative cocktails, overseeing bar operations, and creating a unique and memorable guest experience. Your creativity and knowledge of mixology will play a key role in establishing our bar as a premier destination for both hotel guests and locals.

• Design and develop a creative cocktail menu, featuring seasonal ingredients and unique flavor profiles that embody the luxury and sophistication of Conrad Athens The Ilisian.
• Oversee all aspects of bar operations including staff training, inventory management, and procurement of supplies.
• Ensure high standards of beverage quality, serving techniques, and presentation are maintained at all times.
• Interact with guests at the bar, providing personalized recommendations and memorable experiences through exceptional service.
• Lead and inspire the bar team through training sessions, encouraging innovation and creativity in drink preparation and presentation.
• Monitor and manage bar inventory, ensuring efficient stock control and minimizing waste.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Implement bar promotions and special events to drive guest engagement and enhance the overall beverage experience.
• Stay updated on current beverage trends, techniques, and industry best practices to continuously evolve the bar's offerings.
• Collaborate with culinary and F&B teams to ensure seamless service and integration between food and beverage offerings.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in bartending, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or head bartender role in a luxury setting.
• Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktail techniques, along with a passion for mixology.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and train a team effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail in presentation and service.
• Certification in bartending or mixology is preferred.
