Personal Assistant( Banking Sector)

Περιγραφή θέσης


•Οργάνωση και συντονισμός καθημερινών επικοινωνιών, προγράμματος και συναντήσεων


•Οργάνωση και συντονισμός επαγγελματικών ταξιδιών των διοικητικών στελεχών


•Διαχείριση τηλεφωνικών κλήσεων και ηλεκτρονικής αλληλογραφίας (emails)


•Yποστήριξη στην σύνταξη εκθέσεων, αναλύσεων και στην δημιουργία επαγγελματικών παρουσιάσεων


•Τήρηση Πρακτικών Συνεδριάσεων/Συναντήσεων


•Συντονισμός projects, παρακολούθηση εξόδων (budget) της Μονάδας

Προφίλ Υποψηφίου


•Πτυχίο AEI/TEI


•Τουλάχιστον 2 έτη εμπειρίας σε αντίστοιχη θέση


•Πολύ καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας


•Πολύ καλή γνώση χειρισμού εφαρμογών MS Office


•Οργανωτικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες


•Σωστή διαχείριση χρόνου και έμφαση στην λεπτομέρεια


•Εχεμύθεια κατά την διαχείριση ευαίσθητων πληροφοριών
