Role Overview

We're seeking a Marketing Officer to join our dynamic and growing organisation. This will be a key role in driving brand awareness, supporting commercial strategy, and generating insights that improve marketing and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct sales performance analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Prepare reports and forecasts using Excel and other analytics tools.
  • Track competitor activity and market developments.
  • Maintain dashboards and KPIs to support commercial decision-making.
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital channels (email, social media, web, paid digital).
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand communication.
  • Assist in developing content and materials for promotional activities.
  • Present insights to internal stakeholders, senior management and sales teams.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Support product launches and promotional activities.
  • Contribute to Social Media and digital company presence.
  • Stay updated on therapeutic areas, product portfolios, and relevant industry trends.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong analytical, numerical, and statistical skills.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data visualisation) and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in market research, sales analysis, or commercial reporting.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.
  • Ability to keep track of on-going processes and not to miss deadlines for deliverables.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector is highly desirable.
