Women's Health Horizons is a UK-based startup revolutionising women's healthcare through innovative solutions and community-driven initiatives. We're expanding our presence in Greece and looking for passionate individuals to join our mission of improving women's health globally.

The Role

We're seeking a motivated Marketing and Sales Specialist based in Athens to drive attendance and engagement for our women's health events, conferences, and programmes. This is a unique opportunity to combine your marketing and sales skills with meaningful work that directly impacts women's health awareness and education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential delegates (healthcare professionals, researchers, industry stakeholders, investors etc) for our events and programmes
  • Build and maintain relationships with key contacts in the industry
  • Achieve and exceed delegate registration targets through proactive outreach
  • Utilise our CRM and digital tools to manage your pipeline and track progress
  • Independent research to provide your own market insights and feedback

What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Strong interest in Women's Health
  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems, digital communication tools, and social media platforms
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • Based in or around Athens with flexibility to work hybrid (2-3 days/week in office)

Desirable (but not necessary):

  • Experience in healthcare, events, or conference marketing and sales
  • Existing network within the healthcare industry
  • Understanding and knowledge of the Women's Health industry
  • Experience in marketing, sales or business development roles

Working Arrangement
