About Us

Women's Health Horizons is a UK-based startup revolutionising women's healthcare through innovative solutions and community-driven initiatives. We're expanding our presence in Greece and looking for a creative, digitally-savvy marketing professional to help us amplify our mission of improving women's health globally.

The Role

We're seeking a dynamic Marketing and Content Coordinator based in Athens to develop and execute marketing campaigns that engage our global audience and drive awareness of our programmes, events, and initiatives. This role combines content creation, digital marketing, and community engagement to make a real impact in women's health.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create compelling content across multiple channels (social media, email, website)
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote our events, programmes, and services
  • Manage our social media presence, growing engagement and community
  • Coordinate with our UK team to adapt and localise content and campaigns
  • Design marketing materials using digital tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools
  • Identify and engage with influencers, partners, and advocates in the women's health space
  • Support event marketing and delegate engagement initiatives
  • Stay current on women's health topics and trends to inform content strategy
  • Manage content calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging

What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Genuine passion for women's health and wellbeing
  • Experience in marketing, content creation and/or digital communications
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills with attention to detail

  • Tech-savvy with knowledge of:

  • Social media platforms and management tools

  • Email marketing platforms (Brevo, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)

  • Analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights)

  • Creative mindset with ability to produce engaging visual and written content

  • Self-starter who can manage multiple projects independently
  • Based in or around Athens with flexibility to work hybrid (2-3 days/week in office)

Desirable:

  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, or purpose-driven organisations
  • Video content creation and editing skills
  • Basic graphic design capabilities
  • Understanding of SEO and content optimisation
  • Experience with paid social media advertising

Working Arrangement
