Nous recherchons des
Représentants du Service Client francophones
pour rejoindre une entreprise internationale offrant un service exceptionnel à ses clients à travers l'Europe.

Dans ce rôle, vous assisterez les clients par téléphone, chat ou e-mail — en résolvant leurs problèmes, répondant à leurs questions et en garantissant une expérience client positive.

Missions principales :

  • Assurer le support client via différents canaux (téléphone, chat, e-mail).
  • Identifier les besoins des clients et proposer des solutions adaptées.
  • Gérer les réclamations avec empathie et professionnalisme.
  • Se tenir informé des produits, services et procédures de l'entreprise.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour garantir la satisfaction client.

Profil recherché :

  • Excellente maîtrise du français (oral et écrit).
  • Bon niveau d'anglais (communication interne et formation).
  • Esprit orienté client, empathique et positif.
  • Compétences solides en communication et en résolution de problèmes.
  • Disponibilité pour travailler en horaires rotatifs (y compris week-ends et jours fériés).
  • Résident en Grèce ou prêt(e) à déménager.
