Profil du Candidat Expérimenté:

  1. Expérience Essentielle: Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience vérifiable en service client, support ou relation client dans un environnement professionnel structuré.
  2. Maîtrise native ou quasi-native du français (oral et écrit).
  3. Capacité démontrée à gérer des volumes élevés de demandes de manière efficace et empathique.

Vos Missions Principales:

  • Gérer les communications entrantes des clients par téléphone et par écrit, en fournissant des solutions rapides et de haute qualité.
  • Assurer la satisfaction de la clientèle et fidéliser les utilisateurs du service.
  • Documenter avec précision toutes les interactions et les actions dans les systèmes internes.
  • Participer activement à la vie du bureau et aux sessions de formation en présentiel.

  2. Native or near-native fluency in French (written and spoken).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer communications via phone and digital channels, providing prompt, high-quality resolutions.
  • Actively work to ensure customer satisfaction and support the service user base.
  • Accurately log and document all customer interactions and resolutions within the companys secure systems.
  • Commit to all on-site security protocols and participate in mandatory in-office training sessions.
