Rejoignez une équipe dynamique et internationale en tant que Customer Experience Specialist. Nous recherchons des professionnels francophones pour différents projets stimulants, où vous aiderez les utilisateurs à résoudre leurs problèmes et à bénéficier dune expérience client optimale.

Vos missions :

  • Assister les clients francophones via téléphone, email et chat

  • Fournir des solutions rapides et précises avec un approche cordiale et empathique

  • Aider les clients à résoudre des problèmes liés aux services ou aux comptes

  • Mettre à jour et gérer les informations dans les systèmes internes

  • Collaborer avec léquipe pour garantir une expérience client optimale

Nous offrons :

  • Contrat à temps plein avec salaire

  • Bonus mensuel jusquà 10% selon performance

  • 13ᵉ et 14ᵉ mois payés annuellement

  • Suppléments légaux :

    • Heures de nuit (22h0006h00) : +25% sur le salaire horaire de base

    • Dimanches et jours fériés (si inclus dans le planning) : +75% sur le salaire horaire de base
