At Moving Doors, we are redefining the way people live and travel. We are a fast-growing hospitality and real estate group that provides thoughtfully designed, fully furnished apartments tailored for business travelers, digital nomads, and modern families, available on flexible terms that adapt to their lifestyle. As we continue to expand, with over 400 units already under management in Cyprus and plans to extend into Greece and beyond, we are looking for a Sales Associate to join our team in Athens.

The ideal candidate will have sales experience, preferably in the real estate or hospitality industry in Cyprus or Greece, and will demonstrate strong client relations, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

What you will be doing:

  • Respond to customer inquiries through property rental platforms
  • Present and negotiate rental options to potential customers
  • Assist customers throughout the booking process
  • Schedule apartment viewings between the Guest Operations team and potential clients
  • Collaborate with the Customer Support team to address clients' inquires
  • Manage clients' contract administration
  • Build and maintain B2B relationships with companies, real estate and relocation agencies 

Requirements

  • 0–3 years of experience in sales or customer service (preferred but not required)
  • Experience in the hospitality or real estate industry is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Greek and English; Russian or Ukrainian is a plus
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
