Job description:

Our international Property Development company is seeking an Athens based Chinese-speaking Sales Associate, who will be responsible for maximizing the company's revenues though implementing profitable sales activities.

The Sales Associate will also be responsible for leading the sales department effectively and at the same time set sales objectives and execute strategies to achieve or improve all the goals of the Sales Department, in accordance with the company's business objectives. The successful candidate should meet the following criteria:

Job responsibilities:

· Become very knowledgeable in the Greek real estate market, and to effectively present relevant opportunities to potential investors, both in-person and remotely

· Manage potential leads and existing clientele to maintain close communications with them

· Provide end-to-end follow up with investors to guide them throughout the whole sales process

· Identify potential leads and clients by proactively engaging in sales and marketing initiatives, as well as identifying markets for further expansion

· Track all sales activities and prepare reports on the sales performance of properties

· Prepare promotional material and presentations

· Develop and execute company's sales strategy

· Work closely with Client Services Department to provide support for client after-sales activities

· Travel abroad may be required

Skills and qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or similar field, is highly preferred

· Equivalent work experience in sales for at least 2 years is a must.

· Excellent knowledge of English and Mandarin Chinese (with Cantonese a bonus)

· Very good knowledge of MS Office

· Excellent communication and customer service skills

· Excellent organizational and time management skills

· Positive and can-do attitude

· Ability to work in a multicultural fast-paced environment and adapt to a variety of situations and frequent changes
