Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming customer inquiries for a top retail client, ensuring a professional and customer-centric approach.
  • Provide accurate and thorough information by using the right tools, resources, and established protocols.
  • Occasionally suggest additional products or services to current customers based on their preferences and needs.

Requirements:

  • Fluent or native English speaker (C1 level) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and common software applications.
  • Exhibits professionalism, a positive mindset, and eagerness to learn and adapt to new procedures.
  • Available to work regular overnight shifts.
