This vacancy offers an advantage of working in a hybrid mode: work from the office for the first 6 weeks (training and nesting period), with the possibility of transitioning to a hybrid model based on performance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and emails from customers.
  • Assess and understand customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
  • Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Provide accurate, timely information using the appropriate tools.
  • Meet personal and team targets, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Keep thorough records of customer interactions and manage customer accounts.
  • Follow company guidelines, policies, and communication procedures.

Work Schedule (40 hours/week, full-time): Monday to Friday: 09:00 - 19:00; Saturday: 10:00 - 18:00

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Polish, with at least upper-intermediate English (B2) and higher, written and spoken
  • Strong phone contact skills and active listening abilities.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to different personalities.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.
  • In possession of a EU member state passport or a valid Residence Permit for Greece
