Η Τεχνική εταιρεία ΧΑΣΚΗΣ Energy με 25ετη παρουσία στον χώρο των ηλεκτρολογικών και μηχανολογικών έργων, αναζητά Communication & Social Media Specialist για να ενισχύσει τη ψηφιακή εικόνα και να στηρίξει τις επικοινωνιακές ανάγκες της εταιρείας, σε συνεργασία με τη διοίκηση.

Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Διαχείριση Social Media καναλιών: Συντονισμός της παρουσίας του Ομίλου σε Facebook, Linkedln, lnstagram, YouTube κ.λπ. Δημιουργία και επιμέλεια αναρτήσεων βάσει της στρατηγικής με στόχο τη συνεπή επικοινωνία και την τήρηση του brand voice. Δημιουργία και διαχείριση διαφημιστικών καμπανιών σε Meta και Linkedin
  • Δημιουργία περιεχομένου: Σύνταξη σύντομων και δημιουργικών κειμένων, βασική παραγωγή οπτικού υλικού (Canva ή αντίστοιχα εργαλεία μικρών βίντεο), και ανάρτηση σε τακτική βάση
  • Ενημέρωση και υποστήριξη εταιρικών ιστοσελίδων & αποστολή Newsletter: Ανέβασμα ή ανανέωση υλικού (νέα, δράσεις, έργα), και υποστήριξη στη λειτουργικότητα και στην οργάνωση της πληροφορίας
  • Υποστήριξη Δημοσίων Σχέσεων και Σχέσεων με ΜΜΕ: Συνεργασία με εξωτερικό σύμβουλο επικοινωνίας για την αποστολή δελτίων Τύπου, συντονισμό με δημοσιογράφους, ενημέρωση επαφών media & stakeholders
  • Κάλυψη εταιρικών εκδηλώσεων & δράσεων: Συμμετοχή στην προετοιμασία (π.χ. προσκλήσεις, περιεχόμενο), live κάλυψη (φωτογραφίες, stories, live posts) και αξιοποίηση υλικού μετά την εκδήλωση (αναρτήσεις, video, newsletter)
  • Reporting & βελτιστοποίηση: Παρακολούθηση βασικών KPls (reach, engagement, clicks) με απλά reports και προτάσεις βελτίωσης περιεχομένου

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο επικοινωνίας, δημοσιογραφίας, marketing ή συναφούς αντικειμένου
  • Τουλάχιστον 2 χρόνια εμπειρίας σε αντίστοιχο ρόλο
  • Εξοικείωση με εργαλεία όπως: Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics
  • Εξαιρετικές ικανότητες γραπτής έκφρασης και επιμέλειας κειμένων
  • Δημιουργικότητα, συνέπεια και οργανωτικότητα
  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα και δυνατότητας συνεργασίας με πολλαπλούς εμπλεκόμενους
