Internal & Social Media Communication Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, and structured Internal & Social Media Communication Specialist. The role is responsible for designing and executing effective communication strategies that strengthen internal engagement and enhance the company's presence across social media platforms.
Specifically, you will:
- Develop and implement the internal communication plan to promote alignment, engagement, and collaboration across teams;
- Manage internal communication channels (intranet, newsletters, Yammer, Teams, email campaigns, etc.);
- Support leadership and HR in crafting messages, presentations, and campaigns for internal initiatives (values, strategy, recognition, etc.);
- Coordinate employee engagement campaigns and events, ensuring consistent messaging and tone of voice;
- Gather feedback and track communication effectiveness to continuously improve internal messaging;
- Plan and manage social media content and campaigns that promote the company's brand, culture, and achievements;
- Partner with HR and Marketing to build the company's employer branding strategy and boost visibility across LinkedIn and other professional platforms;
- Create or coordinate visual and written content (posts, videos, success stories, infographics) that reflect company values and attract top talent. Develop, track, and optimize recruitment marketing campaigns;
- Monitor social media performance and engagement analytics to inform strategy and enhance brand consistency;
- Work closely with HR, Marketing, and senior leaders to ensure a unified communication approach across internal and external channels;
- Act as a trusted advisor on communication best practices and storytelling techniques;
- Support in crisis communication or change management initiatives, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the organization;
- Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and support the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field;
- 3–5 years of experience in internal communication, corporate communication, or social media management (preferably in a corporate environment);
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills (English and local language);
- Strong understanding of digital communication trends and tools;
- Experience in content creation and visual communication (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools);
- Collaborative mindset, with strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills;
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills;
- Creative mindset and proactive problem-solving skills;
- A positive, "can-do" attitude.
