Token Metrics is seeking a dynamic Social Media Intern – Instagram to drive engagement, community building, and brand storytelling on one of the fastest-moving platforms. You'll help shape the voice of Token Metrics to a global audience of crypto traders, investors, and enthusiasts.
The Social Media Intern will own and grow our presence on Instagram by creating high-impact, on-brand content, engaging with our community, and leveraging platform trends to boost visibility. Your work will directly contribute to increased user engagement, thought leadership positioning, and awareness across the crypto and fintech space. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Instagram content strategy.
  • Create original posts, reels, and content in real time to ride trends and crypto news cycles.
  • Monitor and engage with our community, influencers, and key voices in the industry.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, product, research) to align messaging.
  • Analyze metrics and optimize content performance weekly.
  • Establish a distinct, authentic brand voice that resonates with the crypto community.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of social media experience, with a strong focus on Instagram
  • Demonstrated deep knowledge of crypto or trading.
  • Exceptional writing skills and meme fluency.
  • Experience using tools like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or X Pro.
  • Strong understanding of analytics and KPIs for social success.
  • Ability to think fast, adapt, and execute in real time, which includes detailed posts on trends daily.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in crypto, Web3, or financial services.
  • Background in journalism, content creation, or community building.
