Front office agent / Υπάλληλο υποδοχής Α΄

Απαιτούμενα προσόντα και δεξιότητες:

  • Εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 2 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση

  • Πολύ καλή γνώση αγγλικών και τουλάχιστον μιας δεύτερης ξένης γλώσσας (γερμανικά, γαλλικά)

  • Πολύ καλή γνώση υπολογιστών (MS Office, email, internet)

  • Πτυχίο Σχολής Τουριστικών Επαγγελμάτων θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν

  • Ευχάριστη προσωπικότητα και ομαδικό πνεύμα

  • Συνέπεια και οργάνωση

  • Άριστες δεξιότητες εξυπηρέτησης πελατών και επικοινωνίας

  • Ικανότητα στη διαχείριση αιτημάτων και παραπόνων

  • Εστίαση στην ικανοποίηση των πελατών και στην παροχή υπηρεσιών υψηλής ποιότητας

  • Επαγγελματική συμπεριφορά και εμφάνιση

Καθήκοντα και αρμοδιότητες:

  • Καλωσορίζει τους πελάτες και τους ενημερώνει για τις παροχές και τις εγκαταστάσεις του ξενοδοχείου

  • Διεκπεραιώνει αποτελεσματικά τις αφίξεις και τις αναχωρήσεις των πελατών

  • Ενημερώνει τους πελάτες για τα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος της περιοχής

  • Απαντά σε αιτήματα πελατών

  • Επικοινωνεί με όλα τα τμήματα για την διεκπεραίωση απαιτούμενων εργασιών και αιτημάτων των πελατών

  • Συνεργάζεται στενά με το τμήμα οροφοκομίας και το τμήμα συντηρήσεων
