Responsibilities

  • Drafting and reviewing technical descriptions, specifications, feasibility studies, and tender documents in collaboration with external consultants.
  • Reparing and having knowledge of E/M (Electrical/Mechanical) studies (HVAC, high/low voltage systems, fire protection, plumbing, etc.).
  • Coordination, organization, and supervision of new projects (E/M installations, construction works).
  • Drafting periodic/ad-hoc reports and material measurement documents.
  • Coordination of external subcontractors and crews/teams.
  • Sourcing bids/quotations and managing materials/works.
  • Ensuring compliance with quality, health, safety, environmental rules, and project regulations.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, or Civil Engineer (degree).
  • Good command of the Greek and English languages.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD.
  • Registered at TEE (Technical Chamber of Greece).
  • Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in a similar position.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or PMI certification will be considered a strong asset.
