Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an project manager located in Athens. The project manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of construction sites, manage project timelines, coordinate with architects and engineers, and ensure the quality and compliance of work. Responsibilities also include managing the workforce, procuring materials, and handling project documentation.
Qualifications
- Experience in overseeing construction projects and managing crews
- Strong knowledge of plastering techniques and materials
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans
- Excellent project management skills
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in project management software is a plus
