THE ROLE

As a member of the marketing team, you will manage and drive execution at a hands-on level. and partner with key stakeholders within the Marketing team, Procurement, Legal, Finance and any other team within Temenos, to achieve business objectives.

Specifically, accountable for the end-to-end budget monitoring of marketing requests, suppliers database, PR/PO creation, invoicing and payments via excel, JIRA, ebiz, platforms.

This full-time position will report directly to the VP Marketing Operations and will work closely with the Marketing PMO Director and will be based in Athens.

OPPORTUNITIES

• Prepare and monitor marketing requests and liaise with marketing, procurement, legal and finance teams. Escalate issues and shortcomings according to company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Work with technology platforms / excel databases and stakeholders to optimize the Marketing budget process and ensure business goals are met.
• Oversee management of marketing suppliers, renewals of licenses and signing of contracts and liaise closely with Legal and Procurement.
• Monitor the Marketing budget, manage travel and training costs. Support Marketing annual budget plan and liaise with various teams
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives to meet changing department and business priorities.
• Maintain proper records of important information/document.
• Build strong relationships with G&A and business stakeholders.
  May perform other additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

SKILLS

• A master's degree in Finance or Business with an excellent academic track record.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a fast-growing environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work with high-profile individuals externally and collaborate internally.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Able to complete quality work timely with attention to detail and the ability to successfully multi-task
• Highest degree of confidentiality regarding all aspects of work at all times
• Culturally aware with a global mindset. Ability to work across regions, time zones and different cultures
