Join our team as a Junior Data & Reporting Analyst, supporting regulatory reporting, data preparation, and performance tracking. Collaborate with Project Managers and the PMO to ensure accurate monitoring and insightful reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory Reporting
    : Prepare, validate, and finalize data submissions to the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA), ensuring high standards of data quality and compliance.
  • Data Analysis & Management
    : Handle and organize data for statistical monitoring of Credit Rating Defaults, supporting accurate and insightful reporting.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting
    : Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the Project Management Office (PMO), and produce regular reports for the management team under the guidance of the PMO Manager.
  • Project Support
    : Assist Project Managers in tracking project plans, evaluating team performance, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance/Economics (quantitative), Econometrics, Statistics, Data Science. Graduates in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, and Information Technology will also be considered, if they have acquired significant exposure to statistical methods and / or mathematical finance or economic theory.
  • A Master's degree in a relevant field will be considered as asset.
  • Knowledge of main statistical analysis packages (e.g. SAS, R, Python, SQL etc.).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including functions, pivot tables, and data visualization tools for effective analysis and reporting.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Project, with the ability to support project scheduling, task tracking, and timeline monitoring will be considered as an asset.
  • Knowledge of Project management basics will be much appreciated.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and work both independently and as a team player under strict deadlines.
  • Effective verbal and written communication (e.g. presentation skills, ability to summarize complex cases)
  • Attention to detail, analytical skills & critical thinking
  • Appetite to learn and take initiatives.
  • Fluency in English
