Requirements

• Assist and support the business in the collection and collation of physical shipping fixtures and other related shipping data .

• Help maintain the internal tracking systems for physical shipping data and information.

• Assist with the production and dissemination of market and fixture reports.

• Update manager of progress on a daily basis .

• Assist with data management and data quality, including compiling data for presentations or other company or client requirements .

• Work with the wider tech team to develop improvements to systems and processes , developing them with the dev team from idea to release.

• Help maintain the running of current and new systems, troubleshooting and fixing issues .

• Ensure full awareness of and adhere to internal policies that relate to the role or any relevant other activities.

• Exercise judgment and act with integrity, due care, skill and diligence and be open and co-operative .

• Complete any mandatory training required by the company and required deadlines .

• Perform any other reasonable duties the company may require .

• Maintain own Continued Professional Development (CPD).
• Proactive and self-motivated.
