About the role

The Strategic PMO & Business Development Manager role combines the structured execution of a Project Management Office (PMO) with the entrepreneurial mindset of business development, while also taking ownership of the risk management process across the organization. The ideal candidate will thrive at the intersection of internal strategy delivery, external market growth, and organizational governance, with a special focus on developing ancillary services and forging strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute cross-functional strategic initiatives aligned with company priorities.
  • Design and implement PMO frameworks, processes, and best practices.
  • Drive project planning, resource allocation, progress tracking, and reporting.
  • Work directly with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment, visibility, and accountability.
  • Lead the organizational risk management process.
  • Ensure risks are considered in all strategic initiatives and business decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to expand or complement our core services with value-added offerings. Map the Greek business ecosystem to identify relevant partners, platforms, or institutions.
  • Conduct market research, customer insight analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
  • Develop business cases and lead internal go-to-market strategies.
  • Monitor the performance of new services and iterate based on feedback and data.
  • Represent the company in external business forums, industry events, or joint initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; Master's degree (MBA) would be considered a plus.
  • 5–10 years of experience in project management, strategy or business development roles. Experience in B2B services, consulting or innovation-focused environments would be considered an asset.
  • PM certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) and familiarity with risk management frameworks (e.g., ISO would be considered a plus.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking with strong commercial awareness.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High degree of autonomy, initiative, and structured execution.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
