Logistics Manager - Έδρα: Θεσσαλονίκη

Tasks
  • Οργάνωση, συντονισμός και έλεγχος των εργασιών του τμήματος (παραλαβής, αποθήκευσης, φόρτωσης και επιστροφών)
  • Διασφάλιση της ορθής εκτέλεσης παραγγελιών και της ασφαλούς φόρτωσης για αποστολή
  • Παρακολούθηση του προγράμματος δρομολόγησης για έγκαιρες αποστολές
  • Παρακολούθηση αποθεμάτων και εφαρμογή πολιτικής αποθέματος ασφαλείας
  • Συνεργασία με το τμήμα παραγωγής αλλά και προμηθειών για την ομαλή τροφοδοσία σε πρώτες ύλες και υλικά
  • Εμπλοκή στη φάση υλοποίησης του WMS και υποστήριξη της ομαλής μετάβασης
  • Εφαρμογή προτύπων υγιεινής, ασφάλειας και διαδικασιών ISO στον χώρο της αποθήκης
  • Αναγνώριση ευκαιριών βελτίωσης και εφαρμογή αλλαγών για μείωση χρόνων και βελτιστοποίηση ροών
  • Δημιουργία των κατάλληλων αναφορών (reports) και παρακολούθηση των κρίσιμων δεικτών του τμήματος
  • Ad-hoc projects
Requirements
  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ σε Διοίκηση Εφοδιαστικής Αλυσίδας, Επιχειρήσεων ή συναφές αντικείμενο
  • Τουλάχιστον 5 χρόνια εμπειρίας σε οργανωμένο τμήμα logistics σε βιομηχανικό περιβάλλον, με ευθύνη αποθήκης και διανομών. Επιθυμητή η προϋπηρεσία σε θέση ευθύνης
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση ERP ( Επιθυμητή η γνώση Entersoft), εφαρμογών WMS και MS Office
  • Άριστη γνώση των λειτουργιών της Εφοδιαστικής Αλυσίδας
  • Καλή γνώση Αγγλικής γλώσσας
  • Εμπειρία σε μηχανογραφημένη αποθήκη
  • Ικανότητα οργάνωσης, διαχείρισης ομάδας και καθοδήγησης προσωπικού
  • Δυνατότητα ιεράρχησης προτεραιοτήτων και αποτελεσματικής διαχείρισης χρόνουΟμαδικό πνεύμα, συνεργατικότητα και εστίαση στην ασφάλεια
