Job Purpose

Are you a skilled and motivated Facility Manager with a passion for creating safe, efficient, and well-maintained work environments? We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager to join our team and take ownership of maintaining our facility's operations and performance.

What You'll Do:

Manage daily operations, maintenance, and safety of the facility.

·
Oversee preventive maintenance programs and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

·
Supervise a team of external maintenance staff and vendors to ensure the facility is operating at optimal levels.

·
Develop and manage budgets, track expenses, and find cost-effective solutions.

·
Coordinate emergency response efforts and ensure the facility is prepared for any situation.

What We're Looking For:

·
3-5 years of experience in facility management or a related field.

·
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.

·
In-depth knowledge of building systems and safety protocols.

·
Knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing etc.

·
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

·
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related fields would be preferable. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
