Exciting Opportunity: Italian Speaking Consultant for Business Software & CRM Solutions

Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is pleased to present an incredible opportunity for an Italian Speaking Consultant to join our Business Software & CRM Solutions Department. This role is designed for individuals who are enthusiastic about helping businesses optimize their operations through effective software and CRM solutions.

As a Consultant, you will work directly with Italian-speaking clients, offering insights into their business processes and recommending software solutions that enhance productivity and customer relationship management. If you are passionate about technology and possess excellent communication skills, we would love to have you on board

Your Responsibilities
  • Assist Italian-speaking clients in understanding and implementing business software and CRM solutions tailored to their specific needs.
  • Provide expert advice on software features and functionalities to maximize client satisfaction.
  • Conduct training sessions to ensure clients are well-versed in effectively using the software.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather and analyze client feedback on software performance.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in business software and CRM technologies.
  • Support the sales team in identifying opportunities for service enhancement and customer retention.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Please specify your native language and nationality in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • Experience in business software consulting, CRM solutions, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and training.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple clients and projects efficiently.
  • A genuine interest in learning about new technologies and trends in the industry.
