Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is excited to announce an opening for an Italian Speaking Consultant to join our dynamic SaaS & Cloud Computing Department. In this vital role, you will work closely with our Italian-speaking clients, helping them implement and maximize the effectiveness of our cutting-edge cloud technologies and software as a service (SaaS) solutions.

Your expertise will be crucial in providing clients with personalized support, facilitating their cloud journey from onboarding through to optimization. If you are passionate about technology and client success, we want to hear from you

Your Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for Italian-speaking clients regarding their SaaS and cloud computing needs.
  • Deliver tailored recommendations to clients to enhance their cloud service experiences.
  • Assist clients throughout the onboarding and implementation process, addressing any challenges they face.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower clients in utilizing our SaaS solutions effectively.
  • Gather and analyze client feedback to contribute to the improvement of our services.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends and advancements in SaaS and cloud technology.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated within your application.
  • Experience in SaaS, cloud computing, or technical consulting is highly desired.
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies and their impact on business operations.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills for effective client engagement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to assist clients effectively.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with developments in the SaaS and cloud computing landscape.
