Με περισσότερα από 25 χρόνια λειτουργίας και οργανωμένο εργασιακό περιβάλλον στο κέντρο της Αθήνας, η Δικηγορική Εταιρεία Φράγκου επιθυμεί να εντάξει στην ομάδα της Δικηγόρο για εσωτερική αποκλειστική συνεργασία.

Η Δικηγορική Εταιρεία Φράγκου διαθέτει ευρεία εμπειρία στον τραπεζικό και εκτελεστικό νόμο καλύπτοντας κάθε νομικό ζήτημα που ανακύπτει για τους πελάτες της, τόσο στην Ελλάδα όσο και στο εξωτερικό.

Αυτήν τη στιγμή αναζητούμε Δικηγόρο για να ενταχθεί στη Νομική μας Ομάδα με έδρα την Αθήνα. Ο δικηγόρος θα είναι υπεύθυνος για την προετοιμασία των κατάλληλων νομικών εγγράφων για τις δικαστικές διαδικασίες ενώ θα αναλαμβάνει και την εκπροσώπηση σε δίκες.

Καθήκοντα και Αρμοδιότητες

  • Προετοιμασία των κατάλληλων νομικών εγγράφων για δίκη ή δικαστική διαδικασία

  • Εκπροσώπηση πελατών στα δικαστήρια Αθηνών

  • Στρατηγική συμβουλή πελατών και δυνητικών πελατών για νομικά θέματα

  • Εκπροσώπηση της εταιρείας σε νομικές διαδικασίες

  • Σχεδιασμός και επίβλεψη της πολιτικής και της θέσης της εταιρείας σε νομικά θέματα

  • Εξέταση των νομικών ζητημάτων που σχετίζονται με νέα προϊόντα και υπηρεσίες

  • Καθοδήγηση διαχείρισης σε ρυθμιστικά θέματα και ζητήματα συμμόρφωσης για τη διασφάλιση της συμμόρφωσης με τους νομικούς κανονισμούς

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο Νομικής Σχολής

  • Μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος σπουδών σε σχετικά θέματα δικαίου θα θεωρηθεί πλεονέκτημα

  • 1 - 3 χρόνια εμπειρία ως εταιρικός δικηγόρος / σε δικηγορικό γραφείο ή σε εσωτερικό νομικό τμήμα

  • Άριστη γνώση γραπτού και προφορικού επαγγελματικού αγγλικού

  • Γνώσεις Η/Υ (MS Office, CRM)

  • Ισχυρές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες, προφορικά και γραπτά

  • Ιδιαίτερα αναλυτικές δεξιότητες με μεγάλη προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια
