On behalf of our client, a leading organization in the aviation industry, we are seeking a highly motivated IT Helpdesk Support Engineer to join a dynamic IT environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and supporting the organization's IT infrastructure and user environment, ensuring seamless daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and configure hardware, software, and peripherals to meet user and operational needs
  • Ensure optimal performance and availability of the network infrastructure
  • Monitor and manage service requests and incidents via Jira Service Desk
  • Deliver timely and effective technical support to end users, aligned with established SLAs
  • Administer Windows 10/11 environments and support mobile platforms (iOS/Android)
  • Assist in the configuration and maintenance of network and system devices

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
  • 0–2 years of relevant professional experience
  • Fluency in both Greek and English (written and verbal)
  • Solid understanding of MS Office applications
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, SCCM, or Intune is considered a strong asset
