On behalf of our client, a prominent player in the aviation and travel sector with a long-standing presence in Southeast Europe, we are seeking a motivated IT Helpdesk Support Engineer to join their dynamic IT team.

Day-to-day Duties

  • Set up and maintain
    both hardware and software systems.
  • Guarantee stable and efficient operation of the network infrastructure.
  • Oversee the IT helpdesk, managing service tickets and incidents via Jira Service Desk.
  • Offer technical assistance to users, ensuring timely resolution based on SLA agreements.
  • Handle administration tasks for Windows 10/11 devices and mobile platforms (iOS/Android).
  • Contribute to the setup and configuration of network and system-related equipment.

What we are looking for

  • University degree in Computer Science or a closely related discipline.
  • Up to 2 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Basic experience or familiarity with technologies such as Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, SCCM, or Intune is a plus.
