On behalf of our client, a prominent player in the aviation and travel sector with a long-standing presence in Southeast Europe, we are seeking a motivated IT Helpdesk Support Engineer to join their dynamic IT team.

Day-to-day Duties
- Set up and maintain
both hardware and software systems. - Guarantee stable and efficient operation of the network infrastructure.
- Oversee the IT helpdesk, managing service tickets and incidents via Jira Service Desk.
- Offer technical assistance to users, ensuring timely resolution based on SLA agreements.
- Handle administration tasks for Windows 10/11 devices and mobile platforms (iOS/Android).
- Contribute to the setup and configuration of network and system-related equipment.
What we are looking for
- University degree in Computer Science or a closely related discipline.
- Up to 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office tools.
- Basic experience or familiarity with technologies such as Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, SCCM, or Intune is a plus.
