Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Υποστήριξη χρηστών σε βασικά τεχνικά θέματα (PC, εκτυπωτές, e-mail, δίκτυο).
  • Εγκατάσταση / ενημέρωση λογισμικού και εφαρμογών.
  • Παρακολούθηση και συντήρηση του εξοπλισμού γραφείου.
  • Καταχώριση δεδομένων και υποστήριξη λειτουργίας ERP.
  • Συνεργασία με το IT τμήμα για την επίλυση τεχνικών θεμάτων.

Προσόντα

  • Απόφοιτος ΙΕΚ ή ΤΕΙ / Πανεπιστημίου Πληροφορικής ή σχετικού αντικειμένου.
  • Βασικές γνώσεις λειτουργικών συστημάτων (Windows 10/11).
  • Καλή γνώση MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ενδιαφέρον για συνεχή μάθηση και ανάπτυξη.
  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα, υπευθυνότητα και συνέπεια.

Θα εκτιμηθούν

  • Προϋπηρεσία σε helpdesk ή IT support (ακόμη και πρακτική).
  • Βασικές γνώσεις δικτύων (LAN/Wi-Fi, routers).
  • Εξοικείωση με ERP περιβάλλον (π.χ.
    SoftOne
    , Entersoft).
