We are currently recruiting for the position of
BIM & CAD Technician
with the following responsibilities:

• Supports project teams with BIM modeling, CAD drawings, and assists in the creation of detailed documentation such as material lists and schedules.
• Develops, maintains, and standardizes BIM templates, drawing sheets, and material take-offs to ensure project consistency.
• Provides advanced modeling guidance, best practices, and troubleshooting solutions to engineers and BIM modelers.
• Performs QA/QC reviews and conducts clash detection coordination checks on BIM models to ensure design accuracy and compliance with project standards.
• Collaborates across disciplines to resolve technical issues and contributes to departmental initiatives as assigned by management.

The Qualifications and the skills required for this position are:

• Degree of vocational training in engineering design, BIM / CAD drafting, or related field.
• 2 - 3 years of proven experience in BIM modelling tasks, and CAD drafting tasks in multidisciplinary design projects.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD (certification is a plus); Experience in Autodesk BIM collaborative cloud platforms (BIM360, BIM Collaborate PRO, etc).
• Navisworks experience or other BIM applications, will be considered as a plus.
• Familiarity with BIM QA/QC, 3D clash detection procedures, and ISO 19650 Concepts and workflows are considered advantageous.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Greek.
• Strong sense of ownership, reliability, and accountability in delivering high-quality work.
• Adaptability in dynamic environments, with initiative, effective task prioritization, and time management.
• Attention to detail and a systematic approach, with a focus on continuous improvement and process efficiency.
