Location: City center - Athens 
Work Model: Hybrid (3 Days in the office, 2 Remote)


Role Overview: 

As a Junior/Mid IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing candidates in the IT field. This role will require working closely with senior recruiters and clients to understand hiring needs, develop recruitment strategies, and place top tech talent in roles that align with their career aspirations. 

More specifically the successful candidate will:

  • Conduct initial sourcing and screening of IT candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels 
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and stay connected with them throughout the recruitment process 
  • Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, provide feedback, and manage follow-ups 
  • Support the senior recruitment team with job posting, candidate outreach, and other recruitment tasks 
  • Stay informed on tech industry trends and job market developments 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field
  • 1 -3 years of experience as an IT Recruiter (in-house or at an agency)
  • Good understanding of IT roles and technologies (e.g. developers, engineers, system admins, DevOps)
  • Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in Greek and English (spoken and written)
