TIKUN OLAM GREECE is seeking a highly motivated Junior Legal Counsel for
immediate cooperation
,
to join its legal team and support a wide range of corporate and commercial matters. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  1. Provide legal support for all aspects of the company's business, including general corporate governance, representation, filing with authorities etc;
  2. Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of legal documents (including NDA's, letters of intent, commercial agreements, data privacy agreements, service and project agreements etc.)
  3. Participate in and support the preparation, coordination and documentation of Board of Directors (BoD) and General Assembly (GA) meetings.
  4. Provide regulatory assessment, support, and continuous monitoring, including compliance with the Greek regulatory framework (EOF, Ministry of Health, pharmaceutical legislation, product licensing procedures, etc)

Requirements

  1. Bachelor of Laws (LLB),
  2. Master of Laws (LLM)
  3. Admitted to the Greek Bar
  4. Excellent command of English language (C2 Level)
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  6. Minimum 2 years' experience in Corporate and Commercial law

  2. Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational and negotiation skills
  3. High level of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality
  4. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with heavy workloads
  5. Excellent MS Word skills
