Ο Legal Counsel είναι υπεύθυνος για την υποστήριξη σε όλα τα νομικά θέματα που σχετίζονται με τον Όμιλο, με σκοπό την αποδοτική λειτουργία των εταιριών του Ομίλου και την επιτυχή διεκπεραίωση των κάθε είδους συναλλαγών τους, σε πλήρη συμμόρφωση προς το κανονιστικό πλαίσιο που ισχύει κάθε φορά.

Η Θέση αναφέρεται στον Διευθύνοντα Σύμβουλο, τη διοίκηση του Ομίλου και τον εξωτερικό Νομικό Σύμβουλο της Εταιρείας.

Καθήκοντα

Τα βασικά καθήκοντα και αρμοδιότητες της θέσης αφορούν αλλά δεν περιορίζονται στα ακόλουθα αντικείμενα:

· Εταιρικά θέματα (όπως: παρακολούθηση εταιρικών και ενδο-ομιλικών διαδικασιών, Συμβολή σε θέματα εταιρικού στρατηγικού σχεδιασμού, εξαγορές & Συγχωνεύσεις)

· Εμπορικές συμβάσεις (ειδικά: εμπορικής πώλησης, ξενοδοχειακές συμβάσεις, υπηρεσιών, συμβάσεις πληροφορικής κλπ.).

· Συμβάσεις χρηματοδότησης (τραπεζικές συμβάσεις, Εξασφαλιστικές συμβάσεις (εκχωρήσεις, ενέχυρα κλπ.)

· Ακίνητα (αγοραπωλησία ακινήτων, μισθώσεις, Εργολαβικές συμβάσεις, συμβάσεις ανάπτυξης, εκμετάλλευσης και διαχείρισης ακινήτων, συμβάσεις συντήρησης (facility management)

· Δικαιώματα πνευματικής και βιομηχανικής ιδιοκτησίας

· Εργατική νομοθεσία (Συμβάσεις έργου και εργασίας, συμβάσεις παροχής ανεξαρτήτων υπηρεσιών, συμβάσεις διευθυντικών στελεχών, Υγιεινή και ασφάλεια εργαζομένων κλπ.)

Συμβουλευτική νομική υποστήριξη

Στο πλαίσιο των ανωτέρω αναμένεται:

· Η επικοινωνία και συνεργασία με στελέχη και τμήματα του Ομίλου,

· Η συμμετοχή σε διαπραγματεύσεις και συναντήσεις με συναλλασσόμενους με τον Όμιλο (πελάτες, προμηθευτές, συνεργάτες),

· Η παροχή γνωμοδοτήσεων για ζητήματα που θέτει η διοίκηση του Ομίλου, η διαπραγμάτευση συμβάσεων του Ομίλου με τρίτους

· Η συνεργασία με εξωτερικού δικηγόρους της εταιρείας

· Η δικαστική εκπροσώπηση της εταιρείας

Προσόντα

· Απόφοιτος Νομικής Σχολής ημεδαπού ή αλλοδαπού ΑΕΙ

· Άδεια άσκησης του δικηγορικού επαγγέλματος στην Ελλάδα

· Επιθυμητός μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος σπουδών

· 5-10 έτη ελάχιστη πραγματική εμπειρία σε θέση ευθύνης νομικού τμήματος μεγάλης επιχείρησης ή σε οργανωμένη δικηγορική εταιρία

· Εμπειρία χρήσης ηλεκτρονικών υπολογιστών & συστημάτων

· Άριστη γνώση αγγλικής γλώσσας

· Επιθυμητή η γνώση της ισπανικής γλώσσας

· Επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες

· Διαπραγματευτικές ικανότητες με στόχο στο αποτέλεσμα

· Ικανότητα διαχείρισης και συνεργασίας ομάδων

· Ανάληψη πρωτοβουλιών, διαχείριση προβλημάτων και άμεση εξεύρεση εφικτών λύσεων

· Προσανατολισμός στην εξυπηρέτηση των επιδιώξεων του Ομίλου

· Καλή οργάνωση και εξαιρετικές δεξιότητες διαχείρισης χρόνου
