Senior Legal Counsel
to join its Legal team. This is an exciting opportunity for career development in a fast-paced, international environment.

The role is based at the Group's headquarters in Athens. It provides legal guidance on strategic initiatives, commercial operations, and regulatory compliance. It also ensures alignment with governance frameworks and manages legal risks while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders across the Group.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

• Support high-impact strategic and group initiatives and support the day-to-day operations of the Group
• Provide legal support for key corporate and cross-border initiatives, including reorganizations, integrations, business transformation projects
• Provide legal advice across operational areas (including procurement, logistics, sales etc.) on commercial agreements, risk management, and regulatory compliance
• Provide legal risk assessments, identify mitigation strategies, and ensure alignment with corporate objectives
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal governance frameworks
• Collaborate with legal teams and business units across jurisdictions to ensure cohesive and compliant project execution
• Manage external counsel where appropriate, including budgeting and performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Greek Law; a master's degree is essential
• 8-10 years of experience, preferably with in-house counsel experience
• Strong experience in commercial contracts, corporate law, and project-based legal work
• Experience advising operational functions in a large corporate or multinational environment
• Exposure to cross-border projects and international business context
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic multinational organization
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide strategic legal advice
• Excellent use of Microsoft Office and legal research tools
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of an additional language is a plus

• Sound understanding of corporate and legal structures and associated policies and practices
